Shipping Changes And Cancellations

Before Shipment

You can request cancellation before shipment by contacting us at support@vitilan.bike. A cancellation is not confirmed unless you receive a valid confirmation email from our support team.

  • A 5% credit card processing fee will be deducted on approved cancellations before shipment

After Shipment

  • If an order has already shipped and you cancel it, a 5% credit card processing fee and a $250 shipping fee apply
  • If an address can still be changed, no fee applies; if not, you may reject the package and pay a $250 shipping fee to cancel
  • Orders cannot be changed after placement

Rejected Shipment Policy

If a shipment is rejected and returned to us by a third-party shipping service, additional charges may apply.

  • Re-shipment may be charged at $250 per e-bike
  • If you do not want the order re-shipped, the return will be treated as a refund request
  • Refund handling for rejected shipments may include a $250 shipping fee plus a 5% credit card processing fee
