What is your warranty policy for electric bikes?
VITILAN T7, U7, L5 and I7 Pro e-bikes are covered by an 18-month warranty. VITILAN V3, U3 and H5 e-bikes are covered by a 12-month warranty.
Do I need to assemble the electric bike component?
You just need to open the folding electric bike and install the handlebar and seat. Please refer to the assembly video on the product page.
How do I know its size is right for me?
Normally, the V3 fits most riders. Please compare your height with the saddle height and the size chart before purchasing.
