Questions about your Vitilan e-bike order
Quick answers about shipping, assembly, warranty, and support for your new Vitilan bike.
We typically need 3–5 business days to process your order after your purchase. This includes payment verification, quality checks, and preparing your bike for shipment.
Once your order has been dispatched, the usual delivery window is 8–12 business days, depending on your location and carrier conditions. As soon as your bike ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow the shipment every step of the way.
Your Vitilan e-bike is shipped partially assembled to protect it during transport. Most riders only need to:
- Install the handlebar and front wheel
- Attach the pedals and adjust the seat height
- Check the brakes and tire pressure before riding
A detailed setup guide is included, and our team is always available if you’d like help during assembly.
Every Vitilan e-bike is backed by our official warranty and after-sales support, which covers key components for a defined period from the date of purchase.
Coverage includes the main electrical system and core bike components against manufacturing defects, subject to normal use and maintenance. For exact terms, covered parts, and how to submit a claim, please review the Warranty & Return sections on vitilan.bike or contact us directly with your order number.
Vitilan e-bikes are built with weather-resistant components and can be used in light rain and normal wet road conditions.
However, they are not designed for submersion, pressure-washing, or long-term exposure to standing water. After wet rides, we recommend drying the bike, especially the chain and electrical contact points, and storing it in a dry, covered place.
